Are There Proven Case Of Chinese Sheetrock In Benson Az (tucson Area)?
My question: Has anyone heard of Chinese Sheet-rock problems in the Meritage Homes complex in AZ? I’m moving into a home that was built in 2006 by Meritage Homes. My father-in-law (a constructor) came into contact with the Chinese Sheet-rock problem and told us about the law suit pending in FL and LO, and that our home maker (Meritage) was one of the defendants and that the Chinese Sheetrock was found in the AZ area and it can cause severe health problems as well as deterioration of anything metal in the home, and comes with a bad sulfur- rotten egg smell. I have two babies and am pregnant with another and I dont want to close on the house/ move if there are actual cases of this in Kartchner Vista

As I told you before you can tell if you have this issue by checking the wires or copper A/C pipes they will turn black this drywall was shipped all over the country the reason most of the cases are it FL and LO is because in FL there was a building boom and LO was trying to rebuild after Katrina
